Private Frederick Holloway was one of the Greywell men killed during WW1. He served with 1st Bn Hampshire Regiment until 1917. This is a brief history of his unit during the conflict, including the Battle at Le Cateau where Fred Holloway won the Distinguished Conduct Medal.
