 Village Gardens:

July 1st 2023:

By popular demand we are reintroducing Greywell Open Gardens to raise money for our local hospice, St Michael’s. The date is Sunday July 2nd, 11:00 - 17:00

This will be a ticketed event with tickets available via ticket source and is open exclusively to residents of Greywell and their friends and family. The event will not be advertised outside of Greywell.

Entry fee is £5 per adult with children admitted for free.

Entry includes refreshments at the host’s discretion. There will also be free refreshments available in the village hall.

A map will be provided showing the location of those who have kindly opened up their gardens. We hope for a good selection, so please get your gardening gloves and secateurs out!

If you would like to open your garden please inform the VH committee by 17th June. This is a great opportunity for all enthusiastic gardeners to exchange ideas and share creativity as well as for admirers of gardens to enjoy our beautiful village.

We would like to thank Judy James and Trisha Elgar for their kind assistance in planning the event.

Safari Supper

September 9th 2023

There has been some confusion around this year’s safari supper. Due to the recent coronation events we have decided to hold it on the 9th of September. Delia Peppercorn will once again be organising the event which went off so well last year. There will be further communication from her nearer the time, but plenty of notice will be given for menu planning.
